We are experts at product safety, regulatory compliance and all the elements of designing, developing, testing, producing, inspecting and importing safe and compliance consumer products, whether those products are regulated in US by CPSC, FDA, NHTSA or EPA.  Rick is headquartered in New York and deal primarily with supply chain due diligence and all the systems a manufacturer, retailer, distributor or supplier needs to have in place if they are importing or private labeling products.  Neal is a product safety attorney, previously with CPSC and maintains his own law practice in DC, which is separate and independent of our consulting work together.
