He has published extensively on product safety and has senior product safety leadership positions at three major organizations - ICPHSO, QCA, and PPAI.
Neal Cohen is a product safety attorney and the former Small Business Ombudsman for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, where he helped thousands of businesses learn how to manage compliance and to cope with the regulatory requirements of the Federal laws enforced by CPSC, including the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act.
